Some infants were born with functional defects and were diagnosed as psychologically and physically disordered, which are called “developmental delayed children”. Based on the definition listing in the Child Welfare Laws, developmental delayed children are those who: 1) are under the age of six, 2) have been found retarded in cognitive, physical, linguistic, communicative and psychological developments and 3) have shown the possibility of growing differently from other children. The earlier the treatment it is, the better the recovery it will be. It is shown on the data we collected that the greatest result is reached if they receive the treatment before the age of three.
Currently TFCF provides case management and day-care service to developmental delayed children. In case management, we record the consultation. We also provide a series of early intervention treatment to those who are diagnosed with problems. Day-care service aims to provide developmental delayed children an environment with individual treatment during daytime
