家扶基金會是一個關懷弱勢兒童及其家庭的國際性非營利組織從早期接受國外資助，到成為自給自足的兒童福利機構，一路走來始終秉持為弱勢兒童、少年及家庭服務的願景及使命。

Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) Hualien Branch Office is an international non-governmental organization who provides support to underprivileged children and their families in Hualien, Taiwan. TFCF Hualien Branch Office advocates many welfare services and collaborate programs with the government. Now there have been more than 3,000 children, youth and families gaining benefits from the above.
